Commis Chef – Pizza – We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for pizza making and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
- Support pizza station operations during service
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Assist senior chefs as required
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or kitchen assistant (pizza experience is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of pizza preparation and baking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
