Overview
Shop Assistant / Store Assistant position entails managing clients from the beginning to the end of the customer journey — assisting customers in discovering products according to their demands, guiding them to checkout and payment, and aiming to ensure repeat business. The role requires positive communication, confidence, and prior sales experience. Experience with Electric, Hygienic ware, and Digital Tools sales is preferred.
The Shop Assistant will establish and maintain a professional and cordial relationship with customers to generate leads and convert them into business for the company. The role covers the customer journey from understanding client needs to payment and checkout, and includes stock/supply monitoring to maintain appropriate inventory levels. The position may be available for candidates in UAE on a Go to or Cancelled visa.
Compulsory language capabilities include English, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs and guide them through the purchase process.
- Manage the customer journey from inquiry to payment and checkout, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain stock levels and inventory to ensure products are available and well-presented.
- Build and sustain a professional and cordial relationship with customers to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Monitor customer interactions to provide a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
- Possess experience or familiarity with Electric, Hygienic ware, and Digital Tools products (advantageous).

All clients are required to wear masks; all staff members are required to be vaccinated.
- 2 years of experience in Sales in the UAE, specifically in Electric, Hygienic ware, and Digital Tools.
- Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic.
