Sales Manager – Industrial Software; SaaS

—that help factories, workshops, and trading companies replace manual "Excel chaos" with streamlined digital operations.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead our ground operations in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
The RoleThis is not a desk job. You will be the face of Astrexa in the industrial market. You will own the entire sales cycle—from scouting factories in industrial zones to closing contracts with business owners.
Your Mission:To digitize 100+ manufacturers and traders in your first year.
Key Responsibilities 1. Pipeline Ownership:- Identify and map potential clients across key industrial zones (Sharjah Industrial 1-18, Hamriyah, Al Quoz, etc.).
- Generate leads through cold visits, networking, and referrals. You must be comfortable bypassing gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in our CRM.
- Conduct product demonstrations for CEOs, Factory Managers, and Owners.
- Translate technical features into business value (e.g., "Our software will stop your inventory theft and speed up your quoting process").
- Negotiate pricing, draft proposals, and close annual software contracts.
- Analyze market trends in the HVAC, fabrication, and logistics sectors to identify new opportunities.
- Provide direct feedback to our technical team to help shape the future of the product based on client needs.

Note:

- Experience: 3+ years of B2B Sales experience in the UAE.
Preferred:
Experience selling ERPs, SaaS, Industrial Equipment, or services to the manufacturing sector.
- The "Local" Advantage: You know the geography of Sharjah and Dubai industrial areas inside out.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and own car. (This is a field role; fuel/maintenance is covered).
- Language: Excellent English is mandatory. Fluency in Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a major advantage for negotiating with this specific client base.
- Mindset: You are self-disciplined and don't need a boss watching over your shoulder to hit your targets.
