About Mind Flow Academy:

Job Purpose:The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth for Mind Flow Academy by generating leads, building client relationships, pitching services, and converting opportunities into confirmed engagements. This role represents the external face of the Academy and plays a critical role in expanding our client base and market presence.
Key Accountabilities:Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify and source potential corporate and institutional clients
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and Linked In outreach
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, leads, and follow-ups
- Pitch Mind Flow Academy’s training solutions confidently and professionally
- Conduct needs discovery conversations to understand client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Represent the Academy professionally in meetings, calls, and external interactions
- Close deals within defined pricing and approval guidelines
- Escalate non-standard pricing or commercial requests to leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams to support proposal preparation
- Present proposals to clients and follow up on open opportunities
- Track proposal status from initial contact to closure
- Ensure clear handover of confirmed engagements to the Operations team
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitors, and client needs
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Support the development of client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
Candidate should have their own visa

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or a client‑facing role
- Proven comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Trello, and Slack
- Experience selling services, training, or B2B solutions is an advantage
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
