Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aircraft Parts Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling aviation parts including overhauled serviceable and certified components to key stakeholders in the aviation industry including airlines, MROs and parts distributors. The role involves managing the sales cycle from customer enquiries to closing deals, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships and ensure the accurate fulfilment of parts orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs and part distributors.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, provide quotes, negotiate prices and close sales.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, converting leads and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Provide expert advice on part suitability, compliance and technical specifications.
  • Ensure customers understand the certification, serviceability and traceability of parts.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions related to parts quality, performance and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
  • Oversee the order process from quotation to delivery and ensure regulatory documentation is provided.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, customer insights and recommendations to senior management.
Education and Qualifications
  • Degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Industry certifications (FAA, EASA) are advantageous.
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales within the aviation industry, preferably with serviceable, overhauled or certified aviation parts.
  • Experience with airlines, MROs and parts distributors.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and developing customer relationships.
Skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of aviation parts and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
