Lahairoi Packaging System is looking for a proactive, well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, suppliers, accounts, service, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities- Receive incoming sales calls, segregate inquiries, and transfer them to the respective sales team
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations and follow up until order confirmation
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and place purchase orders upon order confirmation
- Coordinate shipping and logistics arrangements
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment confirmation
- Coordinate delivery schedules after payment confirmation
- Coordinate with the service team for machine installation and job completion
- Follow up on pending payments
- Handle multitasking and day-to-day coordination activities efficiently
- 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of packaging machinery or industrial sales coordination is a plus
