Sales Executive; Automotive Parts - Light Vehicles - Indoor Sales
Manage incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in-person visits regarding heavy vehicle spare parts.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships.
Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and payments accurately.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Assist outdoor sales executives by providing product information, stock availability, and technical support.
Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
