Field Sales Executive – Machining & Fabrication Company, Sharjah, UAE – a provider of Machining, MS Sheet, Aluminum, Stainless Steel and structural steel fabrication services for industrial and construction clients across the UAE.
Location:
Sharjah, UAE – field‑based role with regular customer visits across the Emirates.
Candidates on own / spouse / family / freelance residence visa in the UAE will be preferred. (Labour card or work permit can be arranged as per UAE law if required).
Job SummaryThe Field Sales Executive will grow sales of machining and fabrication services by visiting industrial and construction customers, developing new accounts, and maintaining existing relationships. The role is fully field‑oriented, focusing on prospecting, technical discussions, quotations, and closing orders.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business for Machining, sheet metal work, and steel fabrication from OEMs, contractors, and industrial clients in the UAE.
Visit customer sites to understand technical requirements, measure jobs where needed, and collect drawings/specifications.
Coordinate with the internal estimators/workshop to prepare technical and commercial offers. Submit quotations, follow up regularly, negotiate prices and payment terms, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and customer database (visits, inquiries, quotes, and orders).
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in machining and fabrication services in Sharjah and other Emirates.
Ensure on‑time payment collection as per agreed terms.
Candidate RequirementsBased in UAE, preferably Sharjah or nearby Emirate. Candidates on own visa are preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in machining, metal fabrication, steel structures, industrial services, or mechanical products. Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred. Ability to understand basic mechanical drawings; experience with fabrication or machining jobs is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English;
Arabic or Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam is a plus.
Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable doing field sales and cold visits.
Compensation & Benefits25% commission on sales when the agreed monthly/quarterly target is achieved (structure and calculation will be explained during the interview).
Fuel/transport allowance or mileage reimbursement as per company policy (or candidate may use own car and claim agreed allowance).
Mobile allowance and other business expenses as per company policy.
Training on company machining and fabrication capabilities and support from the technical team.
SkillsArabic, English, Urdu & Hindi should be fluent.
2–3 years experience in this field.
