of the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Hino Trucks division. In this role you will actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored commercial vehicle solutions that drive revenue growth and long‑term partnerships. If you thrive in a fast‑paced target‑driven environment and are passionate about commercial vehicle sales, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

What

You Will Do
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing business profitability.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers while managing assigned accounts within your territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Recommend suitable Hino truck models by aligning customer needs with product capabilities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, including features, benefits, warranties, and services.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, secure deposits, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and after‑sales engagement.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and updates to management.
  • Ensure collections are within agreed targets and support healthy cash flow.
Required Skills to be Successful
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and service orientation.
  • Sound analytical and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
