Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of telesales experience in the UAE, preferably with insurance products.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Online Portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self‑motivated, with a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
- Immediate joiners would be preferred.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with online quotations.
- Quickly create online insurance quotes and follow up on incomplete leads.
- Solve customer questions and meet their needs.
- Use sales tactics to win business and achieve sales goals.
- Keep up‑to‑date with our insurance products to provide personalized advice.
- Keep customer details up‑to‑date in our system accurately.
