Sales Consultant

The Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for the HINO Trucks Division is responsible for driving sales growth by actively seeking and engaging with prospective customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and consultative selling practices.

• Sales and Revenue Growth
  Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability through net sales and gross margin earnings. Utilize discounts effectively to close deals that ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement
  Contact prospective customers and manage assigned accounts within the designated territory. Conduct regular field visits to assess business requirements, ensure satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships. Qualify customers by matching their needs to appropriate models.
• Product Demonstration
  Demonstrate trucks, explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, and offering test drives, warranties, and service information.
• Administrative Responsibilities
  Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork according to business policies. Provide sales management with necessary reports and ensure monthly overdue payments meet agreed targets.
• Professional Development
  Attend all sales meetings, training sessions, and refresher courses to stay informed about new products. Communicate with the Sales Manager or Branch Manager regarding additional training needs. Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial vehicle sales at a dealership.
• Mandatory experience in light, medium, and heavy‑duty truck sales within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with commercial truck sales or truck equipment sales preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience with in the UAE.
