Key Account Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts including Redtag, Babyshop, Safeer, Nasser Sports, Daboos, Dunia Stores, Six Flags, and other assigned customers.
• Develop business opportunities across existing and new categories in collaboration with the reporting manager.
• Handle quotations, negotiations, approvals, and order closures.
• Coordinate internally for costing, sourcing inputs, samples, and submissions.
• Follow up on delivery timelines and customer commitments.
• Maintain regular communication with regional customers.
• Identify new customers and regional opportunities with the reporting manager.
• Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in baby products, apparel, home, travel, or footwear is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the GCC market.
• Proven track record of success in key account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management systems, and market dynamics.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.
