Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts including Redtag, Babyshop, Safeer, Nasser Sports, Daboos, Dunia Stores, Six Flags, and other assigned customers.
- Develop business opportunities across existing and new categories in collaboration with the reporting manager.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, approvals, and order closures.
- Coordinate internally for costing, sourcing inputs, samples, and submissions.
- Follow up on delivery timelines and customer commitments.
- Maintain regular communication with regional customers.
- Identify new customers and regional opportunities with the reporting manager.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in baby products, apparel, home, travel, or footwear is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the GCC market.
- Proven track record of success in key account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management systems, and market dynamics.
- UAE driving licence is mandatory.
