Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Track sales targets and support pipeline management
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Experience working in the UAE market is preferred
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation
- Filipino candidates preferred
