Business Development Manager (Liquidity / Trading Solutions)

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for Liquidity and Trading Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target industries.
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Leverage online research tools and social media platforms to identify and qualify leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Qualify leads effectively to ensure they fit our client’s solutions and have potential for a long‑term relationship.
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.
  • Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our client’s solutions, emphasizing competitive advantages and how they address specific customer pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Monitor key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and win rates, to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system (Sales Force).
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Assist in gathering client documentation for KYC.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, experience with liquidity solutions required.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
