Business Development Manager (Liquidity / Trading Solutions)
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for Liquidity and Trading Solutions.
Responsibilities- Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target industries.
- Develop and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Leverage online research tools and social media platforms to identify and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure they fit our client’s solutions and have potential for a long‑term relationship.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.
- Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our client’s solutions, emphasizing competitive advantages and how they address specific customer pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and win rates, to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system (Sales Force).
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Assist in gathering client documentation for KYC.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, experience with liquidity solutions required.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
