Take full ownership of customer complaints raised through our portal, from first contact to final resolution. Speak with customers in a clear, confident, and convincing manner, educating them where needed and ensuring they feel heard and valued. Coordinate inspections at the customer’s location or arrange for vehicle pickup to our workshop when necessary. Think on your feet, adapt to each case, and avoid taking a defensive tone even with demanding customers.

Collaborate with inspectors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure quick turnaround and customer satisfaction. Keep every case on your radar, because the end‑to‑end resolution is your lane to own.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably in a workshop or customer‑facing warranty/service role.
• Strong command of both English and Hindi—can handle tough conversations with patience, empathy, and clarity.
• Solid knowledge of automotive components.
• No fancy degrees required; just real‑world experience and automotive know‑how.
• UAE work experience is a bonus, but Indian market experience is also welcome.
• Must be articulate and pleasant to interact with.
