Refurbishment – Service Advisor

• Pop the hood on customer concerns, listen closely and document service needs with precision.

• Keep customers in the driver s seat, provide regular status updates and follow up like clockwork.
• Maintain repair orders and job cards with accuracy.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, presentable and professional.
• Detail‑oriented.
