Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive with proven experience in field sales within the Auto Spare Parts industry, particularly in the sale of filters for heavy equipment, diesel generators, commercial vehicles, and automobiles.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the heavy equipment, diesel generator, automotive, transport, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promote and sell a range of filters used in heavy machinery, diesel generators, commercial vehicles, and passenger vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, workshops, fleet operators, contractors, equipment owners, and spare parts dealers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely conversion of leads into orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the Auto Spare Parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of filters for heavy equipment, diesel generators, commercial vehicles, and automobiles.
- Proven track record in lead generation, business development, and sales achievement.
- Existing network of customers within the spare parts, construction equipment, transport, industrial, or generator sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
