Role SummaryThe Banking Relationship Officer is responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets for Credit Cards and Auto Loans. This role involves prospecting, customer acquisition, relationship management and providing financial solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a results‑oriented mindset and a solid understanding of retail banking products.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and networking.
- Promote and sell Credit Cards and Auto Loans to customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct product presentations and explain key features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of retail banking products (Credit Cards/PL/Auto Loans).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Customer‑centric approach.
- Basic understanding of credit assessment and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Target‑driven, professional, and customer‑focused.
- Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable lending solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle customer queries, documentation guidance, and loan/credit card application support.
- Age 20 to 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in retail or corporate banking, preferably in product sales or relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer‑focused with problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of banking products and regulations.
- Clear credit history.
- Training and development support.
