Responsibilities
- Log every incoming lead across portals, ads, referrals, and walk‑ins within minutes, capturing source, budget, project interest, and urgency in the CRM.
- Proactively reach out to outgoing database leads, past inquiries, cold leads, and old contacts to re‑engage interest and confirm updated requirements.
- Quickly assess budget, location preference, property type (off‑plan ready), purpose (investment/end‑use), and timeline; filter out unserious inquiries before passing to brokers.
- Pitch the value of a meeting and secure a confirmed date/time for a call, site visit, or office consultation; coordinate the broker’s calendar.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up via call, Whats App, and email for warm leads not yet ready, sharing brochures and payment plans to keep them engaged.
- Brief the broker before each client meeting with profile, requirements, and key talking points; send confirmations and reminders to minimize no‑shows.
- Track daily/weekly metrics: leads contacted (inbound/outbound), qualified, meetings booked/held, conversion rate.
- Flag lead sources and campaigns that deliver quality, meeting‑ready leads for marketing feedback.
- Strong phone communication skills with persistence.
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Proficiency in the company CRM.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong urge to grow and build a career in real estate; part of a fast‑paced startup environment.
