Our client is a diversified group of around 400 employees operating in the import and export of pre-owned footwear, refurbishment and manufacturing, recycling of unsellable shoes, and e-commerce sales to the EU.
Role OverviewOur client is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow their wholesale and B2B sales function in the fashion/footwear industry. The role requires a strong commercial profile with the ability to drive sales, manage regional accounts, and actively support the movement of both fast and slow‑moving stock through smart sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead wholesale and B2B sales across regional and international markets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and support a small regional sales team (Lebanon & Dubai)
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
- Identify opportunities to move slow/non‑moving stock through smart sales tactics
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and reporting using CRM/SAP
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management
- Work closely with internal teams on pricing, stock allocation, and product availability
- Support expansion into new markets and channels
- 5–7 years of sales experience
- Strong background in fashion, footwear, apparel, or retail industry
- Proven experience in wholesale and B2B sales (mandatory)
- Experience managing or coordinating small sales teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
- Experience using CRM systems and SAP is highly preferred
- Ability to work strategically while being hands‑on in execution
- Strong personality with market intelligence and deal‑making capability
