Responsibilities
- Deliver on targeted monthly brand‑wise volume and value, achieve budgeted receivables, and manage daily sales‑outstanding objectives for the territory.
- Maintain harmonious PR with trade, provide prompt and efficient customer service, and comply with journey plans.
- Participate in all team‑working activities and act as an effective team‑player at all times.
- Achieve set KPIs on distribution visibility, BDA implementation, or share of space as per the market‑share planograms.
- Secure primary visibility in the category and explore secondary visibility opportunities to secure dominance.
- Ensure all‑round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock pressure.
- Manage trade‑returns within agreed levels.
- Highlight near‑expiry issues at least three months before expiry and take ownership for liquidation, following FIFO.
- Ensure listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets.
- Take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them.
- Execute all promotional activations per targeted norms and timelines.
- Evaluate competition activities and observe trade consumer trends.
- Participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category, etc.).
- Follow SOPs regarding van maintenance, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting timings, etc.
- Graduate or undergraduate.
- Minimum 1 year of local UAE experience in van sales (without helper), familiar with dynamics of the FMCG trade.
- Maximum 30 years old with good fitness levels.
- Good communication skills (particularly listening) in English, Malayalam, and preferably Hindi.
- UAE driving licence (only manual licence).
- Open to relocation within UAE.
- Quick learner with strong perseverance skills.
- Good eye for opportunities (new space/listings, etc.).
- Efficient, result‑oriented with good problem‑solving skills.
- Dynamic & energetic team player with an open, positive & curious mind.
- Very communicative, convincing and expressive.
