Responsibilities
Drive in-store sales by actively engaging customers understanding their mobile needs and recommending suitable devices and plans Master product knowledge of the latest smartphones accessories and service plans to provide expert advice and solutions Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling cross-selling and customer relationship building Handle customer inquiries complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency ensuring a positive post-sale experience Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale POS system and manage inventory levels for mobile devices and accessories Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor ensuring product displays are up-to-date and appealing to customers Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to identify sales opportunities and adapt strategies Build rapport and loyalty with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up support Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the retail or telecommunications sector. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A passion for technology and a keen interest in the latest mobile devices and trends. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively. Energetic and customer-focused attitude with a resilient and positive demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
