Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with strong connections in the foam and mattress or chemical industries across Africa? We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our customer base throughout the African market.

- Develop and manage relationships with foam and mattress manufacturers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Promote and sell chemical raw materials used in foam production
- Manage customer accounts and drive revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Travel within the region as required
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Experience in chemicals, polyurethane foam, bedding, or related industries preferred
- Strong network within the African manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
