The RoleYou will drive sales and account management for our growing portfolio. This is a hands‑on position combining business development, relationship management, and technical sales with no administrative overhead.
Core Responsibilities- New Business Development – identify and pursue opportunities within corporate, hospitality, retail, education, healthcare, and government sectors; target decision‑makers and procurement teams in the UAE market.
- Consultative Sales – understand client needs deeply, position bespoke solutions and customization capabilities as a competitive advantage.
- Account Management – manage key accounts, develop long‑term retainer relationships, drive repeat business and account expansion.
- Quotation & Negotiation – prepare detailed, profitable quotations, negotiate terms, timelines, and volumes with commercial acumen.
- Client Coordination – interface between client requirements and production to ensure on‑time, quality delivery of all projects.
- Sales Reporting – forecasting, weekly pipeline updates, monthly forecasts and activity tracking.
- Market Intelligence – monitor competitor activity, sector trends, and growth opportunities in the UAE market.
- Corporate stationery – letterheads, envelopes, branded collateral.
- Marketing materials – brochures, flyers, catalogues, promotional printing.
- Luxury bespoke packaging – custom boxes, labels, gift packaging.
- Large‑format printing – banners, signage, displays.
- Fully customized printing solutions to client specifications.

Application Questions- Experience & Track Record – Minimum 5–7 years in B2B printing sales, packaging distribution, corporate supplies, or related sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with account growth, expansion, and retainer‑based relationships.
- Established success in the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of printing materials, processes, and production techniques.
- Consultative, relationship‑driven sales approach.
- Ability to translate client briefs into technical specifications and accurate quotations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities.
- Fluent in English. Arabic, Russian, or Urdu highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Independent, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented work style.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Local travel required.
