Sales Officer

Job Description

The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company's services in the fields of Transactions Clearance, Government Services, Business Setup, and PRO Services
. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience through professional consultation and tailored solutions.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, referrals, and brokers.
• Promote and present the company's services to prospective clients.
• Conduct business meetings and presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Explain service procedures, requirements, timelines, and fees clearly.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in Transactions Clearance, Government Services, Business Setup, or PRO Services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
