Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a solid background in Cable management system, Flooring Sector, Entrance Mat, Stair nosing, Movement Joints & Expansion joints etc and a proven track record in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and providing technical support to customers. A valid UAE driving license is required for regular site visits and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products to contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry standards. Visit project sites regularly to provide support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the building materials industry within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials (e.g., Cable tray management system, Entrance Mat, Stair Nosing, Expansion Joints, Movement Joints & Tile Trim etc.).
  • Valid UAE driving license – mandatory for daily travel to client locations and project sites.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. English, Urdu or Arabic speaking preferred. Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and customer‑focused.
