Job Summary
An experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is required to promote Hikma products, meet sales targets, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Plan and conduct appointments with doctors and medical professionals to promote Hikma products.
- Achieve overall sales target while monitoring competitor activities and threats.
- Follow up and review product performance within the market using client responses and other indicators.
- Conduct daily visits to healthcare professionals to promote assigned products.
- Assess patients and doctors' needs and position the benefits of the brands effectively.
- Maintain strong disease and product knowledge in assigned therapy area.
- Build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Hikma’s image.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
- Review sales performance and develop marketing plans to achieve objectives.
- B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum 3–5 years of related experience
- Experience in oncology/immunology
- UAE experience
- GCC experience is a plus
