Responsibilities- Sales Engineer:
Respond promptly and effectively to sales inquiries; conduct thorough inside and outside sales activities from initial contact to deal closure; work closely with the Product Development team to enhance existing products and develop new solutions; support business development by contributing to outbound sales initiatives, assisting in lead generation, and managing client relationships effectively. - Sales Coordinator Engineer:
Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support; manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and reporting using platforms like Odoo or Zoho; support order processing, invoicing and basic supply chain coordination. - Inside Sales Engineer Executive:
Handle inside sales activities and provide support for external sales when needed; respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals; understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions; maintain client relationships and support the sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Background in technical or industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English with a clear accent.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
