Role DescriptionThe Sales & Technical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates responsible for driving sales growth while providing expert technical support for SAUC’s minimal sliding systems. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging new clients, managing relationships with architects, builders, and partners, and presenting product solutions tailored to project requirements. The role involves overseeing technical consultations, supporting installation teams, coordinating with R&D and production to address product or project-specific challenges, and ensuring that systems meet performance and design expectations.
The Sales & Technical Manager will manage project timelines, prepare proposals and technical documentation, monitor market trends, and provide feedback for product improvements. This role also includes leading a small team, organizing training sessions, and ensuring high standards of customer service and technical accuracy throughout the sales and implementation process.
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements, evaluate technical specifications, and interpret market data.
- Team management experience, with the ability to mentor, coordinate, and support cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on technical support skills, including troubleshooting, installation guidance, and product demonstrations.
- Background in research and development (R&D) or collaboration with R&D teams to refine product features and performance.
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Experience in architectural products, fenestration, or building materials is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications; familiarity with CAD or technical drawing review is an advantage.
- Ability to work on‑site in Rajkot, visit client locations as needed, and maintain a customer‑focused, solution‑oriented approach.
- 5–8 years of experience in aluminium doors, windows, façade, or architectural building systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE/GCC market.
- Proven experience in technical sales and project management.
- Established network with consultants, contractors, developers, and architects in the UAE is preferred.
- Fluent in English & Arabic (mandatory).
