Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers across the UAE.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, market visits, Whats App, email, social media, networking and referrals.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective clients and present product samples and catalogs.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, quantities, customization options and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat orders and upselling.
• Coordinate internally with operations, production, inventory, design and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups, orders and sales performance.

• Previous experience in B2B sales, FMCG, chocolates, packaging, corporate gifting, electronics accessories, wholesale, or retail distribution is preferred.
• Strong ability to generate leads independently and develop new business from scratch.
• Confident in cold calling, field sales, client meetings, product presentations, and negotiation.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and local business landscape.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product categories and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or other languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
