Overview
Our luxury hotel in Sharjah is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking a Kenyan national with a proven track record in hotel sales who can work independently and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential clients including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and online booking platforms
- Build relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and positive word‑of‑mouth referrals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and events to create attractive packages and promotions for potential clients
- Attend industry events and network with other professionals in the hospitality industry
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Kenyan national preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed
- Own visa holders preferred
Competitive salary of 1700$ plus commission on sales.
