Hotel Sales Manager

Overview

Our luxury hotel in Sharjah is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking a Kenyan national with a proven track record in hotel sales who can work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
• Identify and target potential clients including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and online booking platforms
• Build relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and positive word‑of‑mouth referrals
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the hotel
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and events to create attractive packages and promotions for potential clients
• Attend industry events and network with other professionals in the hospitality industry
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

• Kenyan national preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed
• Own visa holders preferred

Competitive salary of 1700$ plus commission on sales.
