As a field sales professional, you will:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking across the UAE.
- Promote ASAA's accounting, taxation, and business consultancy services to prospective clients.
- Meet potential clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct professional presentations explaining ASAA's services and value proposition.
- Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare daily sales reports and keep CRM records updated and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent client experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi;
Arabic is an advantage. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and business regulations preferred.
