Field Sales Executive

As a field sales professional, you will:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking across the UAE.
• Promote ASAA's accounting, taxation, and business consultancy services to prospective clients.
• Meet potential clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct professional presentations explaining ASAA's services and value proposition.
• Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare daily sales reports and keep CRM records updated and accurate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent client experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the UAE.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and business regulations preferred.
