Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers and investors while identifying qualified leads.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable real estate properties based on their preferences and budget.
• Organize and conduct property tours, client consultations, and project presentations.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and investors to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships throughout the entire sales process.
• Negotiate agreements and successfully close property sales while meeting company sales objectives.
• Keep accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales transactions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the UAE real estate market, including pricing trends, payment options, and upcoming projects.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of investment opportunities across Sharjah, Ajman, and other major UAE locations.
• Represent DAA RK GROUP professionally during client meetings, property viewings, exhibitions, and networking events.

• At least one (1) year of sales experience in any industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a drive to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Confident, professional, and presentable when dealing with clients.
• Capable of establishing long‑term trust and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or other languages is considered an advantage.
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate sector is preferred but not essential.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is a plus.
