About the Role

We are a premier hardware and furniture fittings company based in Sharjah. We are looking for an energetic, technical, and results‑driven Salesman / Sales Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be the face of our company—serving walk‑in showroom customers, managing corporate B2B inquiries, and pitching our specialized hardware solutions to interior designers, joineries, kitchen manufacturers, and glass/aluminum contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Sales: Present and sell our specialized product lines, including aluminum profiles, glass cabinet hardware, sliding systems, kitchen fittings, and premium architectural hardware.
  • B2B & Project Outreach: Proactively identify and build relationships with joineries, kitchen manufacturing units, interior design firms, and aluminum fabrication workshops.
  • In-Showroom Sales: Welcome walk‑in clients, understand their project layouts or design requirements, and recommend the exact technical fittings they need.
  • Quotations & Invoicing: Prepare accurate price quotations, negotiate terms, follow up on pending deals, and coordinate order deliveries.
  • Market Feedback: Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing, and high‑demand design profiles to help optimize our stock.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge (Critical): Strong familiarity with aluminum profiles
    , architectural glass systems, kitchen cabinet hardware, sliding wardrobe systems, or related interior fittings.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of active sales experience in the UAE construction, hardware, or interior design supply sector.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a major advantage for client coordination).
  • Skills: Ability to read basic technical specifications or design drawings to suggest matching hardware. Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE manual/automatic driving license is highly preferred for client and site visits.
