Business Development Manager; Project Sales - Window blinds

Job Summary

One of our clients in Sharjah is looking for Business Development Manager (Project Sales - window blinds), who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth in a fast‑paced and evolving market.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE project market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, PMCs, main contractors, fit‑out contractors & others.
• Generate project enquiries through networking, cold calling, referrals, ground scouting, site visits, and through all social media platforms.
• Track upcoming construction and interior fit‑out projects and position Callistus products at an early stage.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants, designers, and clients.
• Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations, order closure, and project handover.

• Degree in engineering / Diploma (Mechanical / Civil / Electronics)
• Strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, PMCs, and fit‑out contractors across the UAE.
• Experience generating project enquiries and successfully converting opportunities into sales.
• Strong understanding of the UAE construction, interiors, and fit‑out ecosystem.
