Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the retail and trader segments for building materials. Cultivate strong long-term relationships with key retail partners and wholesale traders, understanding their evolving needs and market dynamics. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing deals and ensuring post-sales customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience specifically within the building materials industry, targeting retail and wholesale traders.
