Sales Engineer - HVAC Spare parts

We're Hiring:
Sales Engineer – Spare Parts Department

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Spare Parts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving spare parts sales, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, securing orders, and supporting business growth within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries from designated territories and provide timely quotations.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate to secure orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Manage enquiries from quotation stage through order processing and delivery.
• Prepare project-based spare parts lists in coordination with the Sales team.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Dispatch, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Arrange and verify documentation for export sales.
• Monitor spare parts movement and support the supply of regular orders.
• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate credit facility requests.
  
  Conduct market research to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitive pricing.
• Register new customers and complete vendor registration processes.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.
• Recommend improvements to products, services, and business processes.
• Maintain a professional showroom environment.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

HVAC Spare Parts Experience Preferred

Candidates with experience in the sales of HVAC spare parts such as the following will be highly regarded:

• Compressors
• Condenser and Evaporator Coils
• Expansion Valves (TXV/EXV)
• Fan Motors and Blowers
• Thermostats and Controllers Cont actors, Relays, and Capacitors
• Pressure Switches
• Sensors and Transmitters
• Refrigerant Valves
• Air Filters
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Chiller Spare Parts
• AHU and FCU Components
• Bearings, Belts, and Dampers

Qualifications & Experience

• Post-Graduate qualification with HVAC-related experience.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a reputable organization.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with the local market.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
