The Sales and Marketing Representative role at Autolking is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. The role involves engaging with customers in person and by phone, understanding their requirements for auto tools and equipment, and recommending suitable products and solutions. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, maintaining product displays, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

The representative will support sales campaigns, participate in promotional activities, coordinate with the marketing team on local initiatives, and help train customers or colleagues on product features when needed. The role also includes tracking sales performance, updating customer records, and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

• Training skills to explain product features and usage to customers and colleagues when required.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or automotive tools and equipment is preferred.
