This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, coordinating with various departments, and managing key relationships. You will also play a crucial role in optimizing partnerships with food aggregators and suppliers, along with assisting in menu development and food costing.

Qualifications- Proven experience in business development, vendor management, or related fields.
- Familiarity with online food aggregators and delivery platforms.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them to sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of food costing and waste management practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and research potential new markets, clients, and business opportunities
- Manage relationships with online food aggregators and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts with key suppliers and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate on menu ideas and conduct food costing analysis.
- Implement waste management and inventory systems to control costs.
- Experience in business development or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with food aggregator platforms and vendor management.
- Analytical skills for food costing and market analysis.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and waste management systems.
- Experience with food photography or marketing campaigns.
