Role DescriptionThe Sales Medical Supervisor at VITALMED is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. This position oversees day-to-day sales activities for medical products and services, including supervising sales representatives, setting targets, and monitoring performance. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating training for the sales team, providing product and medical knowledge guidance, and supporting field visits and client meetings.
The Sales Medical Supervisor also collaborates with management to develop sales strategies, prepares regular reports, and ensures compliance with organisational policies and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and delegation.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Solid understanding of Medicine and medical products to support informed discussions with clinical stakeholders.
- Experience in Training, including coaching sales staff and delivering product or skills-based training sessions.
- Prior experience in medical sales or healthcare-related sales supervision is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a structured, on-site environment in Sharjah.
