Sales Manager - Sharjah

Our established company in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve set sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
• Train and support team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to upper management
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (preferably in Sharjah)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  
  Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) is preferred but not required
