Our company, located in Sharjah, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Analyze sales data and create reports for management review
• Train and mentor new sales team members
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure efficient processes

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
