Sales Manager - Indian Nationals

Job Description:

Our company is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for our company's products and services. This is a contract position without accommodation, so we are looking for candidates who are currently based in Sharjah or willing to relocate.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE market, preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
• Fluency in English is a must, Hindi or any other Indian language is an advantage

We offer a competitive salary package of 1800$ per month plus commission based on performance.
