Telesales Agent - Aesthetic Clinics

• Contact potential and existing clients through outbound calls to introduce aesthetic and medical services and generate leads
• Respond to client inquiries, understand their needs, and recommend suitable services based on their requirements
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and other communication channels to convert inquiries into consultations and appointments
• Present services clearly and professionally, highlighting relevant benefits and available offers
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status
• Coordinate with the clinic's sales and medical teams to ensure a smooth client journey from initial inquiry to consultation
• Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional and consistent communication

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center sales, or a similar customer-facing role
• Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or medical sales is highly preferred
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls, follow up consistently, and work effectively under sales targets
• Customer-focused with a professional and confident telephone manner
• Good English communication skills
• Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge in sales principles.
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role, showcasing a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Certifications in sales techniques or customer relationship management (CRM) tools can set candidates apart from others.
• Experience in the telecommunications or technology sectors is highly desirable, as it provides industry-specific insights.
