We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve organizational goals. This is a full-time position that requires fluency in English and previous experience in sales.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Proficient in using CRM software for tracking sales activities

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with attractive incentives based on performance.
