Salary: 1500 AED/month
Responsibilities- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and questions
- Assist customers in selecting the best products to meet their needs
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, as well as security practices.
- Follow all company procedures related to cash handling, transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain a neat and tidy store environment that is conducive to customer satisfaction.
- Provide product knowledge information when required.
- Track daily sales activity using available tools such as point-of-sale systems.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time during shifts (8 hours).
