Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries for work visas study visas tourist visas and immigration programs
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa or immigration pathways
• Explain eligibility documentation procedures timelines and service terms clearly
• Generate and convert leads through calls Whats App social media and referrals
• Conduct client consultations follow-ups and sales presentations
• Explain service packages fees and payment structures professionally
• Coordinate with visa processing documentation legal recruitment and education teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
• Stay updated on relevant visa and immigration requirements
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports

• 0–1 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, visa consultancy, recruitment, or overseas education.
• Practical knowledge of work visa, study visa, and tourist visa processes.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, lead conversion, and follow-up skills.
• Confident in dealing with international clients and conducting consultations.
• Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Whats App, email, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• UAE sales or consultancy experience will be an added advantage.
