Sales Manager for Indian Market

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities for the Indian market including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the Indian market
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training and support as needed
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to make strategic business decisions
• Create monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns targeted towards the Indian market
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management or related role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Indian market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian market and cultural understanding is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus commission
• Accommodation will be provided for non-residents of Sharjah
