Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving revenue growth through developing and implementing sales strategies building relationships with clients and meeting sales targets The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance training and support to ensure their success
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and client feedback
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing product development and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
• Stay updated on industry developments and continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by the company

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Power Point
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission based on performance
