Area Sales Manager – International Markets T2

Kuwait, Qatar, Bangladesh, Oman, Pakistan, Afghanistan & Kazakhstan
Salary: to AED 25,000 - AED 30,000 per month
We’re looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join Rapidrop and take responsibility for developing our presence across a key international territory spanning the Middle East, South and Central Asia.
Working closely with our Head of Sales & Business Development – Middle East, you’ll identify new commercial opportunities, develop distributor and consultant relationships and support Rapidrop’s continued international growth.
What you’ll be doing :- Developing and executing sales strategies across your assigned markets
- Identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share
- Developing strong distributor, consultant and stakeholder relationships
- Supporting project tracking and specification activity
- Managing your sales pipeline and developing key accounts
- Representing Rapidrop at client meetings, exhibitions and industry events
- Monitoring market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities
- Proven sales or business development experience, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment
- Experience working across international markets, ideally including the Middle East and/or South and Central Asia
- Experience managing distributors, partners or key accounts across multiple countries
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of developing new business
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
- An additional language relevant to the territory would be desirable
- Ability and willingness to undertake regular international travel
